What does it mean to be a friend of God? During this series we learn how throughout scripture, God is saying he’s our friend—there during the difficult seasons and well as the good. That friendship is ultimately about how he’s with us, forming us through the journey of life.
We're so excited to welcome Micah & Kellie MacDonald and their sweet family to Emmaus! During this series, Micah kicked us off with some introductions and an awesome message from John 3:22-36, Matthew 11:1-19, and John 1:6-8 + 19-28.
During this series, we are going to look at what it really means to be a disciple of Jesus. We’ll look at Jesus’ life and ministry to see how He discipled people, and discover how He wants us to go out and do the same.
For the next 6 weeks leading to Easter we’re going to be in a series we’re calling “Kingdom Come” taken from the most well known prayer in scripture—The prayer Jesus taught His disciples / commonly refer to as the Lords Prayer.
Throughout the Gospel of John, we see that Jesus is God and the reality toward which all of Israel's history points. Jesus becomes human as the incarnation of the creator God of Israel, to share His love and the gift of eternal life with the world.
